Shipping Info

Our current estimated delivery time frame is between 2-5 weeks excluding weekends and holidays. Due to the volume of orders we are experiencing, shipments are taking longer than usual. Although things are starting to improve, and we can only hope they get better for good, please be aware that the impact of COVID-19 has caused restrictions that continue to impact the ability of our carriers to meet their normal standards of service.

If you've purchased the Expedited Shipping Option, your order will be marked as high priority by fulfillment and expedited towards the front of the line.

Please Note: in some cases, it can take up to 1 week for a carrier status to update tracking and/or a delivery scan to occur.

We encourage you to monitor your tracking number sent to your mobile device or email provided. (Copy and paste your tracking number provided to (Track Your Order Here). If your tracking number isn't updated right away, please give the shipping couriers at least a week to update your order status. If you do not notice an update after a week of receiving your tracking number, please contact us and let us know. We are doing all we can on our side to speed up shipping by working with the postal service to make sure everyone gets their package in a timely manner.

We understand it can be inconvenient to wait this long, but we greatly appreciate your patience during this time and are working our hardest to ship everyone's orders out as fast as we can. Placed An Order But Didn't Receive A Confirmation Email? 

If you can't find an order confirmation email from us please check your spam or junk folder and filter your search by "iLifeBright". If you still don't see your confirmation email, it's likely that your email hosting domain is not allowing our emails through. If this is the case, please contact us through direct message via Instagram or Facebook. (NOT BY EMAIL — since your hosting email domain is not allowing our emails through we will be able to receive YOUR emails but you WON'T be able to receive our emails).
