COVID-19 Shipping Update

SUMMARY

We are continuing to fulfill as much as we can at our facility, shipping 24/7. We have DOUBLED our customer support and fulfillment teams (while social distancing and safety measures in place) to do our absolute best to keep up with customer orders and inquiries during these difficult times.

Logistics have been very tricky the past few months - One moment we hear new iRing Cases are being shipped from the factory, and the next moment we hear things are delayed again. Needless to say, with everything going on in the US right now, delivery times are far out of our control.

We're still seeing long fulfillment and shipping times which are affecting all businesses across the country. We are shipping 24/7 right now. Due to COVID-19 disruptions and high demand please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Our support team is doing their best to keep up with increased customer questions. Be prepared for delays - even with our increased customer support and fulfillment teams, it'll still take some time to bring our fulfillment times back to normal. We wish everything was in our control. Unfortunately, though, logistics is something we have little control over.

Here’s 3 things we’re doing to make sure your order arrives quickly:

  1.  Even though we’re not fully in control of shipping times, our small tight-knit team has things under control in our warehouse! We’ve even hired 15 new members to help us pack orders. We estimate your package will arrive within 14-20 business days!
  2.  We’re keeping constant communication with our shipping suppliers to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
  3.  We’ve hired extra support staff to answer any question you may have!
